Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to spearhead our HR initiatives in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of HR practices and demonstrate the ability to foster an inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement HR policies and procedures that support business goals.
  • Lead the talent acquisition process, including screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Design and manage employee training initiatives.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
  • Manage performance management processes and succession planning.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee feedback.
  • Regularly review and analyze HR metrics to align strategies.
  • Provide leadership and support to HR teams, ensuring effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with management to develop an engaging workplace culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration

  • 5+ years of relevant HR experience
