We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will handle various HR functions, ensuring that we provide an employee-focused workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement HR initiatives and monitor their progress.
• Conduct employee surveys and present findings.
• Support diversity and inclusion efforts within the workplace.
• Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and grievances.
• Manage payroll and related HR administration.
• Reinforce company culture by organizing team-building events.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Communicate effectively with staff at all levels.
• Stay updated with HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• CIPD qualification would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in HR role

Certifications

• Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP)
