Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee engineering projects in Pretoria. In this role, you will manage all project phases from conception through to completion while ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Supervise project teams and manage their performance effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones within budget.
• Evaluate project deliverables for quality assurance.
• Organize training and development sessions for team members.
• Maintain project documentation and files systematically.
• Establish strong relationships with clients and vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in Agile or Scrum management are a plus.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects from inception to delivery
