Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee engineering projects in Pretoria. In this role, you will manage all project phases from conception through to completion while ensuring alignment with client goals and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and scheduling processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project objectives.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and update stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members.
• Facilitate communication between teams to enhance collaboration.
• Prepare and present project documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering Management or a related discipline
• Additional certifications in Agile or Scrum management are a plus.

Experience

• 6+ years of experience managing engineering projects from inception to delivery
