Responsibilities

• Identify research opportunities and define research goals.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to improve user experience.
• Create user journey maps to illustrate user interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on product vision.
• Mentor junior researchers and provide guidance on best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field
• Master's degree in UX Research or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in UX research and design

Technical Skills

• Survey Design
• Prototype Development

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Adaptability

Certifications

• UX Design Certification
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS: Basic understanding of front-end web technologies.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies: Familiarity with A/B testing and user feedback mechanisms.
