Job Description

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across a variety of industries. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract candidates for various roles through advertising and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to find the best fit for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to create job descriptions and specifications.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with candidates and clients.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and help them prepare for interviews.
  • Maintain candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Participate in job fairs and networking events to promote job openings.
  • Providing insights and reports on recruitment metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar
  • A Master's degree or additional HR certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
