Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Consultant to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. In this role, you will develop and implement innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and capabilities. You will partner with various departments to identify learning needs and deliver effective solutions tailored to our organization’s goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
  • Conduct individual and group training sessions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees for skill enhancement.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to refine training processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention through learning.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a learning and development role
