Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources department in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture and enhancing employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead HR team to implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Enhance workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments.
  • Create and maintain employee handbooks and policy manuals.
  • Advise on compensation and benefits structures.
  • Monitor employee performance through regular assessments.
  • Develop succession planning strategies for key roles.
  • Ensure the accurate implementation of payroll processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Management or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
