Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Lodging Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our popular tourist cabins. The successful candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily management of lodging facilities, focusing on guest service and staff performance.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance effectiveness.
  • Create and execute operational plans and budgets.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities meet company standards.
  • Engage with guests and receive feedback to ensure a pleasant stay.
  • Coordinate events and activities for guests’ enjoyment.
  • Monitor market trends to make strategic business decisions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Certification in Guest Experience Management preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in lodging management or hotel operations
