Responsibilities
Lead daily management of lodging facilities, focusing on guest service and staff performance.
Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance effectiveness.
Create and execute operational plans and budgets.
Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of facilities meet company standards.
Engage with guests and receive feedback to ensure a pleasant stay.
Coordinate events and activities for guests’ enjoyment.
Monitor market trends to make strategic business decisions.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
Certification in Guest Experience Management preferred
