• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Relevant certifications preferred
• Hotel Operations Management Extensive experience in managing hotel operations efficiently.
• Budget Management Skilled in developing and managing budgets for optimal financial performance.
• Leadership Proven leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development.
• Customer Service Strong customer service skills with a dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience in event planning and management: Proven ability to organize and manage events within the hotel.
• Familiarity with sustainability practices in hospitality: Knowledge of eco-friendly practices in hotel operations.
