Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager in Cape Town, you'll be at the forefront of our hotel's operations. You will oversee daily activities, ensuring the highest standards for guest satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Lead the hotel team in delivering exceptional service to guests.
  • Monitor hotel operations and identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts to ensure profitability.
  • Liase with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Master's degree preferred
