We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineering Technologist to provide technical expertise in the development and optimization of engineering systems. This role will involve collaborating on projects to improve manufacturing processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analyses of production processes and methodologies.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and Lean methodologies.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for projects.
• Facilitate workshops and training for teams on engineering best practices.
• Work closely with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure compliance.
• Design and implement testing protocols to validate solutions.
• Maintain updated knowledge with technological advancements in engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
