Responsibilities

  • Assess client situations and design tailored intervention strategies.
  • Facilitate access to resources and support services.
  • Provide individual and family counseling sessions.
  • Engage in community outreach to promote services offered.
  • Document interactions and maintain case files in accordance with best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with social service agencies and community partners.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented plans and make necessary adjustments.
  • Support clients in navigating social services systems.
  • Conduct educational sessions on social awareness and related topics.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client dealings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW)
  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) is preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in social work or related field
