Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with product teams to relay customer insights.
  • Provide performance metrics and reports to clients regularly.
  • Organize user training and workshops to maximize product utilization.
  • Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management
