Job Description

As a Passenger Service Supervisor, you will oversee a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality passenger services within the transportation industry. You will be responsible for coordinating operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of passenger service team to ensure priority service to all passengers.
  • Monitor compliance with safety procedures and customer service protocols.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams on operational procedures.
  • Interface with other airport departments to ensure smooth passenger flow.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new staff members.
  • Prepare detailed reports on service performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Stay informed of changes in regulations and best practices within the transportation industry.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the passenger service or aviation sector is required.
