Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Riveter to join our dynamic production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling and fastening metal parts together using rivets while adhering to safety regulations and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with engineering staff to improve assembly techniques.
• Monitor the performance of riveting machinery and report issues.
• Conduct regular inspections for compliance with safety standards.
• Engage actively in team meetings discussing production efficiency.
• Document production activities and maintain records.
• Assist in inventory management of riveting supplies.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to workplace safety policies.
• Ensure the quality of work areas and tools.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma
• Certification in Metalworking or Fabrication preferred

Experience

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
