Responsibilities

• Establish process control systems to monitor quality.
• Oversee the implementation of engineering changes.
• Manage data collection and analysis for process improvements.
• Support inventory management with effective forecasting methods.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on new project initiatives.
• Develop and implement training materials for engineering staff.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements on productivity.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering
• Master's preferred but not required

Experience

• Minimum 4 years experience within a relevant sector
