Job Description

As a Steam Technical Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to clients regarding steam systems. You will assess client needs, create tailored solutions, and support ongoing operations to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. Your role will entail working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance system efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and troubleshoot steam systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Guide clients through installation processes and operational training.
• Create detailed documentation for project workflows and system specifications.
• Actively engage in problem-solving to address client challenges.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support business development initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in steam system design and maintenance
