Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize our operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will manage warehouse teams, ensure inventory accuracy, and develop strategies for improved efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct the warehouse team to achieve operational goals.
• Evaluate and streamline workflow processes for efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock levels.
• Identify training needs and conduct training for staff.
• Ensure the effective use of warehouse management software.
• Communicate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report on key performance indicators to senior management.
• Implement initiatives to reduce waste and improve sustainability.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse

• Data Analysis

Certifications

• Forklift Operator Certification
• Hazmat Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
