Responsibilities

• Manage international freight operations and documentation.

• Track and troubleshoot shipment delays and issues.
• Administer customer requirements and service level agreements.
• Contribute to process improvements in freight forwarding operations.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations pertaining to international shipping.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Freight Forwarding or Logistics

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding

Technical Skills

• Supply Chain Coordination
• Freight Management Software

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
