Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have profound knowledge in managing construction sites, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Direct project construction in accordance with specifications and drawings.
  • Manage all aspects of project budgeting and forecasting.
  • Establish quality assurance practices and procedures.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance.
  • Lead the resolution of project-related issues.
  • Promote a safe work environment and culture.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is an advantage

  • 6+ years of relevant project management experience
