Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to help us cultivate a culture of continuous learning within our organisation. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to identify training needs through assessments and collaboration with team leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Create an engaging learning environment that encourages participation.
  • Lead orientation and onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Utilise technology and e-learning tools to enhance training delivery.
  • Track and report on training outcomes and employee performance improvements.
  • Participate in HR projects that enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Assist in the development of career pathways for employees within the organisation.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in training coordination or similar roles
