• Maintain a comprehensive database of contacts for vendors, venues, and clients.
• Conduct site visits and assess potential event locations.
• Provide input and assist in social media promotions for events.
• Manage registration and attendee communications.
• Foster strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event planning.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Event Planning or related certification is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination

• Event Management Software
• Social Media Marketing

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)
• Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Member

Languages

• English: Fluent
