E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing, online retail, and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to analyze the performance of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain marketing budgets for e-commerce initiatives.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Formulate and execute email marketing strategies to enhance customer loyalty.
• Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing online assets.
• Train and mentor e-commerce staff on best practices and processes.
• Engage with customers through social media platforms to build brand loyalty.
• Report regularly to senior management on e-commerce performance metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies
