Job Description

The Curing Room Worker will be responsible for managing the curing and storage processes of our products. This position is critical in maintaining quality and consistency, ensuring that products meet safety standards and are stored correctly. We seek a reliable individual who can work under pressure and handle heavy lifting as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality by monitoring curing processes.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain curing machinery.
• Assist in the training of new team members on safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of curing conditions and product inventory.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding production issues.
• Participate in safety audits and quality control assessments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to production.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Support loading and unloading activities when necessary.

Advantageous

• Previous training in quality control: Experience in conducting quality assessments and audits.
• Knowledge of HACCP principles: Understanding of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point procedures.
