Job Description

We are seeking skilled Grinding and Polishing Workers to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for finishing metal and stone products to ensure they meet our quality standards, using hand tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Finish various metal components using hand tools to achieve a smooth surface finish.
• Conduct quality checks and detailed inspections of finished products.
• Work closely with the production team to streamline operations.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Adhere to strict quality control standards to produce optimal results.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and performance.
• Support other production staff as needed during peak operation periods.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as required.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant technical training in metal finishing is highly valued
• Apprenticeship in a related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a relevant finishing role, with experience in CNC operations being advantageous.
