Responsibilities

• Develop process flow diagrams and other documentation.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Train production staff on new procedures and best practices.
• Participate in root cause analysis for any process failures.
• Assist in the scale-up of production from lab to pilot plant.
• Support quality assurance with regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in chemical processing or related field
