Join our Johannesburg team as a DevOps Engineer and play a key role in enhancing our cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating deployment processes and ensuring the stability of our systems. Ideal candidates are proficient in CI/CD, cloud services, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines to expedite releases.
• Support development teams in adopting DevOps methodologies.
• Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track application performance.
• Define and implement backup and restore strategies for data integrity.
• Conduct regular audits of cloud configurations and infrastructure.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members on DevOps practices.
• Participate in incident response and post-mortem analysis.
• Develop metrics to assess effectiveness of DevOps initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's in DevOps or IT Management preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of industry experience, focusing on DevOps practices
