HR Generalist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in supporting our workforce and enhancing the employee experience across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the entire recruitment cycle, including talent sourcing.
• Design and review employee-related documentation and policies.
• Assist in developing workforce planning strategies.
• Conduct HR audits to ensure compliance and best practice.
• Support employee wellness programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate new employee orientation and training.
• Evaluate and report on HR metrics to management.
• Contribute to strategy discussions within the HR department.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Master's degree in HR or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
