Job Description

Join our team as an HR Generalist, where you will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, recruitment, and compliance within our organization. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills to enhance our HR practices and support our workforce effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job descriptions, sourcing, and interviews.
  • Provide support for employee relations and address any HR-related inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to HR compliance and policies across the organization.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote professional development.
  • Track key HR metrics to measure employee engagement and turnover rates.
  • Participate in performance evaluation processes and provide recommendations.
  • Administer benefits and compensation packages.
  • Assist in developing company policies and employee handbooks.
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and development needs.

Requirements

Education
  • BCom/bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or similar
Experience
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist capacity

Certifications
  • SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification
Languages
  • English: Fluent
