Responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-ups.
• Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team.
• Provide guidance on medication management and prescriptions.
• Participate in community health outreach and education programs.
• Stay abreast of regulatory compliance and healthcare policies.
• Manage time efficiently to meet patient appointment goals.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and promptly.
• Advocate for patients' needs within the healthcare system.
• Support mental health initiatives within the practice.
• Perform preventative health checks and screenings.

Requirements

Education

• Recognition of Prior Learning or equivalent experience
• Other relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage

Experience

• Experience in emergency medicine or hospital-based practice is preferred
