Job Description

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care to patients and ensure their comfort.

• Conduct discharge planning and follow-up care recommendations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent)
• Registered Nurse License is required

Experience

• 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Patient Care
• Medication Administration

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Teamwork

Certifications

• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in primary care settings: Previous work experience in outpatient or primary care environments.
• Knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR): Familiarity with EHR systems for maintaining patient documentation.
