Job Description

As a Hospitality Manager in Cape Town, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and leading a dedicated team. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences for guests while driving operational efficiencies.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily hotel operations to deliver exemplary guest services.
  • Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing hospitality team.
  • Develop and manage budgets, controlling costs and maximizing revenue.
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses for partnerships and promotions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members across all departments.
  • Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Masters in Hospitality Management is a plus
