Tax Specialist

Job Description

As a Tax Specialist, you will manage tax compliance and provide expert guidance on tax strategy to our diverse clientele. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with in-depth knowledge of tax regulations and practices to contribute to our firm’s success. You will also assist clients in audits and work with various stakeholders to ensure the tax affairs are in order.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the tax compliance process.
• Conduct research on various tax issues and formulate strategies.
• Prepare summaries and recommendations for tax planning.
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and authorities as needed.
• Contribute to the development of tax policies within the company.
• Present tax findings and recommendations to clients.
• Support the finance team with tax-related financial reporting.
• Review contracts and other documents for tax implications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in taxation or finance

Technical Skills

• Advanced Taxation Techniques
• Financial Forecasting

Certifications

• TEG Certified Tax Consultant
• Registered Auditor (RA) preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
