Job Description

As a Claims Adjuster with our team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and processing insurance claims. Your primary responsibilities will include investigating claims, liaising with clients and providers, and ensuring all documentation is accurate. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and validate insurance claims submitted by policyholders.
  • Conduct interviews and gather evidence to support claim decisions.
  • Liaise with medical professionals and other experts to evaluate claims.
  • Prepare detailed reports on claims handling and outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Work closely with the finance team for claim payouts and settlements.
  • Provide feedback on claim trends to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for team members on best claims practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Insurance or Business Management
Experience
  • Experience in customer service and insurance claims processing is preferred.

Certifications
  • Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC)
