Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Support Agent in Pretoria! We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about helping customers. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Assist in developing training materials for new hires.
  • Work closely with management to report recurring issues.
  • Provide suggestions for process improvements.
  • Engage in team meetings and share customer feedback.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma in Customer Service Management is preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in a call center or a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Zendesk or similar helpdesk software
  • Data entry skills

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous
