Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing inquiries promptly and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer issues across various channels effectively and efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service roles

Languages

  • Xhosa: Basic
