Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee our operations in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest experiences, managing staff, and optimizing service efficiency. This role requires passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement policies to ensure a high standard of service.
  • Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to reinforce goals and objectives.
  • Lead by example in providing outstanding customer service.
  • Implement training programs to develop staff skills.
  • Plan and coordinate hotel activities and special events.
  • Oversee housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services to uphold hotel quality.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
  • Certification in Hotel Management is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in a hotel management role
