We are seeking a talented Financial Analyst to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for assessing financial performance and providing insights to drive business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop financial strategies for maximizing profitability.
• Compile and analyze financial data for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist in the preparation of annual audits and tax returns.
• Train junior staff in financial analysis techniques.
• Maintain updated records of financial transactions.
• Work with external auditors and assist during audit processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• MBA or equivalent is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of relevant financial experience
