We are seeking a proactive Lunch Counter Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy lunch counter in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure food quality and customer service excellence while managing a dynamic team of food service workers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations and manage team performance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
• Assist in menu planning and creation of daily specials.
• Develop training programs for new hires and staff development.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification in hospitality or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in food service or restaurant management
