As an Administrative Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. Your responsibilities will include managing schedules, organizing meetings, and providing essential support to our team.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule and organize meetings and events
  • Manage office supplies and ensure availability
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to project management
  • Coordinate the logistics of team travel
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and documents
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and records

Requirements

Education
  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
