Responsibilities

• Develop and implement nursing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.

• Follow up on patient progress and modify care plans accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
• Additional specialization in Critical Care or Pediatric Nursing is advantageous

Experience

• Preference for candidates with specific field experience

Technical Skills

• IV Therapy
• Wound Care

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate

Advantageous

• Certification in specialty nursing areas: Relevant extra credentials in fields such as Geriatrics or Community Health.
• Advanced training in pain management techniques: Expertise in pain management and patient comfort strategies.
