Join our supportive team as a Veterinarian, where you will engage in hands-on medical care for pets and animals in Bloemfontein. From routine check-ups to emergency surgeries, you will apply your expertise to make a meaningful impact on animal health while also communicating with worried pet owners with empathy and reassurance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a variety of animal illnesses and injuries.
• Collaborate with a team of veterinary technicians and support staff.
• Educate clients on preventive health care and behavior training.
• Work closely with local shelters and rescue groups to support animal welfare.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote animal health.
• Provide emergency care and treatment when necessary.
• Assist in inventory management of medical supplies and equipment.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
• License to practice veterinary medicine in South Africa

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical veterinary experience
