Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Intellectual Property Paralegal to support our legal department. You will be involved in drafting contracts, conducting due diligence, and assisting in IP litigation matters.
Responsibilities
- Review and summarize IP-related legal documents and agreements.
- Assist in patent and trademark infringement investigations.
- File and track renewals of trademarks and copyrights.
- Prepare internal and external reports on ongoing IP cases.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure IP compliance.
- Assist in educating clients about their IP rights.
- Coordinate with external counsel on IP matters as needed.
- Support the legal team in administrative tasks related to case management.
