Job Description

As a Legal Advisor, you will provide expert legal counsel to clients in various matters, ensuring compliance and risk management strategies are effectively implemented. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal opinions and recommendations on complex legal issues.
• Negotiate terms with external parties on behalf of clients.
• Create and maintain a library of legal documents for reference.
• Monitor compliance and provide regular updates to clients.
• Participate in networking events to build relationships and represent the firm.
• Provide guidance on corporate governance and best practices.
• Develop legal strategies that align with client goals.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior legal staff.
• Assess and advise on legal risks associated with business operations.
• Contribute to the firm’s knowledge management system and legal publications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
• Master's degree in Law is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of legal experience in a corporate environment
