Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate existing systems to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
• Participate in quality assurance and control efforts as part of project teams.
• Assess process performance metrics and suggest innovative solutions.
• Facilitate training sessions for staff on new engineering practices and technologies.
• Assist in the development of project budgets and timelines.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or closely related field

Experience

• 5+ years in industrial engineering roles

Certifications

• Certified Industrial Engineer (CIE)
