We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager who is passionate about driving online sales and optimizing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing e-commerce strategies, managing online campaigns, and analyzing market trends to ensure continued growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Establish robust online sales targets and KPIs to drive performance.
• Enhance site navigation and overall user experience for increased customer retention.
• Work closely with IT to ensure seamless integration of new technologies.
• Conduct regular A/B testing to refine product listings and promotions.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree in E-commerce or Digital Marketing is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing e-commerce platforms
