Job Description

As a Returned Item Clerk, you will play a vital role in managing and processing all returned items within our retail operation. You will ensure timely and accurate processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds, while coordinating with various departments to resolve any issues related to returned items.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to returned items effectively and with empathy.
  • Implement best practices for processing returns and minimizing errors.
  • Work closely with the tech team to align inventory systems with return processing.
  • Train new team members on the returns process and system usage.
  • Stay updated with market trends to identify improvement areas in returns management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Further education in logistics or retail management preferred
Experience
  • Experience in e-commerce is an advantage

  • English: Fluent
