Responsibilities

• Perform data analysis to enhance process efficiency.
• Draft and review project proposals and budgets.
• Conduct process safety analysis and hazard assessments.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures for processes.
• Work on multidisciplinary teams to design new products.
• Collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or closely related discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant engineering experience

Technical Skills

• Project Management
• Software Proficiency (Aspen Plus, MATLAB)

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer
• First Aid Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of Process Simulation Software: Experience in using software for chemical process modeling.
• Experience in Pilot Plant Operations: Hands-on experience working with pilot-scale production.
