Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Waiters and Waitresses to join our team in providing outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests with a smile
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Deliver meals to tables within a timely manner
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments with POS systems
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
• Uphold sanitation and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and management staff
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Certificate or diploma in Hospitality or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a high-volume restaurant is preferred

Technical Skills

• Cash Handling
• Food Safety Standards

Soft Skills

• Adaptability
• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays: Availability to work during peak seasons and holidays.
• Experience with event serving: Prior experience in event serving is advantageous.
