Job Description

As a New Accounts Clerk, you'll develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with tailored banking solutions that meet their financial needs. Your role will involve achieving sales targets by cross-selling banking products and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong client relationships to address and fulfill their banking requirements.
  • Seek opportunities to cross-sell banking products tailored to customer needs.
  • Meet defined sales targets by effectively marketing financial solutions.
  • Provide superior customer service and handle client queries with care.
  • Review financial documentation to assess loan eligibility accurately.
  • Draft and submit comprehensive loan proposals for client review.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory record-keeping practices.
  • Stay abreast of industry changes and market trends.
  • Partner with team members to drive an exceptional customer journey.
  • Engage in community outreach to build relationships and attract new clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a banking context.
