• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage
• Hospitality Software (PMS) Proficient in using Property Management Systems for effective hotel management.
• Budget Management Extensive experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
• Leadership Strong leadership abilities to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Customer Service Exceptional customer service skills, focused on guest satisfaction.
• Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA)
• First Aid Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Revenue Management Systems: Knowledge of maximizing hotel revenue through effective pricing strategies.
• Multilingual capabilities: Ability to communicate in multiple languages to better serve diverse guests.
